As Director of the School and a WSET Level 4 Diploma holder , I am proud to deliver globally recognized wine education in alignment with the standards of the Wine & Spirit Education Trust (WSET).
I work as a WSET Online Educator, supporting students from across the world through the WSET Online Classroom. This role involves guiding students through structured learning, providing academic support, and ensuring a consistent, high-quality educational experience in line with WSET’s rigorous framework, including the Systematic Approach to Tasting (SAT).
Maintaining excellence in teaching and student engagement is central to my role. As part of WSET’s global quality assurance framework, I participate in an annual review process that evaluates educational delivery, student support, and adherence to professional standards. This ensures that all teaching remains consistent, current, and aligned with international best practices.
In addition I work as a Head Sommelier at Four Seasons Hotel in Toronto and I am a part of VQA Sensory Assessment Tasting Panel.
We also provide a range of wine tasting courses as well as wine tastings and events for both professionals and avid wine fans alike, using the finest products. If you have any questions about our courses then please don’t hesitate to get in touch!
